Help needed for Tellstick local access

Hi,

I originally bought the Tellstick.net for local access.
Now, I get forwarded to the following location to enable this:

However, can someone help me and give me more detailed step-by-step information on how to start on this ?

Hi Micke,

OK, I started to check the readme file.

(my first problem was that I did not know git)

I must find another couple of hours to make this work. I must say we (I am not the only one in my neighbourhood that bought this product for local access) are really disappointed that this is still not possible "by default". (after 5 months ...)

Hope you find the time to create a simpeler workaround.

- cannot find an atftp version for windows 7
- I cannot find & do not understand the cmake step ...

tftp is included in Windows XP by default but must be activated manually in Vista or later.

CMake is available for Windows here:
http://www.cmake.org/cmake/resources/software.html

Please note that building the firmware on platforms other then Linux is not tested/supported.

Any idea on how much we need to wait for this feature to be included ? I would appreciate a "min to max" estimation, even if the max would be a few years

If I understand it well, I would need know to setup a linux system to make my tellstick net the way I want.

Currently we have no timeplan. This project depends heavily on the community.
If someone helps us with the development it might go quick. If no one is interested it just might not be implemented at all (or at least take time since it is not a prioritized project).

Can someone not build it for us ?
Does it allow you to use Telldus Centre ?

I have struggled to build the firmware under Windows. Will need to find some time to get a Linux build together. What priorities does Telldus have right now?
